Our Story

Hi, I'm Cathy Fairweather, owner of Cathy's House of Bread. I'm originally from Honduras and my family and I arrived in the United States on December 25, 2019, with a desire to share my culture and roots through our traditional bread.
I want to bring a piece of Central and South America to people's tables. I started my business in 2021 and discovered that people were looking for delicious home made bread, so I decided to adapt our family bread recipes to meet those demands.
Today, I'm proud to have a diverse group of customers and seeing their smiles fills me with joy.
Over the past year, my business grew thanks to the support of various local businesses, organizations, and institutions that have seen the potential of my business and continue to support this dream.

I'm grateful for the acceptance of my customers. They support my business, and tell their friends, which led to our organic and sustainable growth. I'm glad to know they enjoy my products and experience a taste of Honduran, and Latin American culture and traditions with every bite of bread.
